VIBRATING TABLE

When the powder supplier delivers the powder in a cardboard box, it is packed in the box. In these conditions, it is difficult to transport it through the hoses up to the sprayer with a constant and smooth flow. It is even likely to clog at the intake of the powder circuit.

To unpack the powder, the powder cardboard box is fitted on a table to be shaken (vibrated). The powder unpacks and turns to a fluid-like state to be pumped by a venturi pump.

This technology is very flexible and is widely used for frequent color changes.

To change colors it only requires one to remove the powder cardboard box that is not being used then use air to clean the equipment, add the new powder box, and then spray the new powder coating.
