A higly chromatic Optically Variable (ColorShift/Color Changing) pearlescent pigment that shifts between Blue, Indigo, Purple and Orange and finishes to a fine pearl sheen. Pictured over a black base coat. Use .25 - 3% Ratio of KP Pigment to Clear.
