Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper - 55 Gallons

Nanner Peel Chemical Stripper is a water-based powder paint remover that is non-toxic, biodegradable, and ecologically safe. It’s ideal for stripping aluminum other non-ferrous metals.

This stripper can be used at full concentration or diluted up to 50%. The operating temperature of the bath is 165-175°F. Drum heaters can be purchased here: Drum Heater. We recommend using a 55 gal. steel drum with a removable lid. Cover with the lid when not in use to help prevent evaporation.

Directions:

  • Prepare a strip tank with lid and proper ventilation.
  • Submerge parts in solution (can be diluted up to 50%). Recommended dwell time is 20 minutes in heated bath (dwell time may vary). For best results heat solution to 165-175 °F
  • Rinse parts using fresh water and pressure washer.

    Please use extra caution as it can be damaging to certain magnesium alloys.
