A fine Optically Variable (ColorShift/Color Changing) interference pearl pigment that shifts between Cyam, Blue, Green and Teal and finishes to a fine pearl sheen. Pictured over a black and white base coat. Use .25 - 3% Ratio of KP Pigment to Clear.
