An Optically Variable (ColorShift/Color Changing) that travels from Blue to Cyan to Purple. A suble colorshift with a smooth pearlescent effect and cool blue hues with subtle cyan and purple flops. Pictured over a white base coat. Use .25 - 3% Ratio of KP Pigment to Clear.
